Delivery Information

General

We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only through the InspiredByTwyla website.

Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless an alternative service is stated on the product page or is required due to the size or nature of the order.

Delivery Charges

  • Orders under £30: £3.49

  • Orders of £30 or more: FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery
     

Delivery charges shown during checkout are fixed for that order, even if our shipping prices change afterwards.

Whilst we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are outside our control and cannot be guaranteed.

Order preparation

Every order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.

​Orders are prepared during our published business hours.

 

Where an item is a custom item, contains a gift message, is a sale bundle (at discretion) additional order processing timescales are stated in the product description.

UK Delivery

The InspiredByTwyla website currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

Many of our products are also available through our eBay store, where international delivery may be available through eBay's International Shipping Programme.

Anything else related to shipping

Seasonal Delivery

 

Royal Mail experiences increased demand during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas. Please allow additional time for delivery during these periods.

Christmas Ordering

 

Our final recommended ordering date for Christmas delivery will normally be five days before Royal Mail's published last posting date.

As a small family business, this allows us time to prepare every order with the same care and attention.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided where applicable once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

Every InspiredByTwyla order is packed with care to help ensure it arrives safely.

Where practical, we may reuse clean, good-quality packaging materials as part of our commitment to reducing unnecessary waste.
