Shipping Policy
General
We vary our shipping offerings by product believing we have chosen the best options available. Orders are generally shipped via Royal Mail Tracked services unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to use other courier companies at our discretion.
Delivery times are estimated, not guarantees, we do not take responsibility for any disruption to postal services.
Delivery charges may be changed without notice, at the time of your order they will be fixed at the price quoted at that time.
Order preparation
Order preparation is usually 1-3 days which can be in addition to the delivery times stated by our shippers. We strive to hand all orders over to the shipper by the end of day 3.
Order preparation is within published opening hours only
Where an item is a custom item, contains a gift message, is a sale bundle (at discretion) additional order processing timescales are stated in the product description.
UK only - what to do if you want delivery elsewhere
Our standard shipping currently is for UK only.
Shipping can be arranged for virtually anywhere else at request and agreement of cost. Before ordering email your requirements and we will provide a quote for the shipping. Once agreed we will provide you with a code to use on your order.
Anything else related to shipping
Black Friday and Christmas: All couriers experienced delays during their busiest periods, please be mindful of this when ordering
Last orders for Christmas Delivery: This will be five days before the Royal Mail published date - we are a small family business and also need to do our Christmas preparation.
