Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

We offer returns or refunds for all items unless they are listed in the 'Exceptions' section.  A refund will be issued once an item is returned and received safely.

 

  • Refunds will be provided upon return of the item(s).  

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.  

  • Items must be returned in original, carefully wrapped condition.

  • Buyer covers return postage unless item arrives damaged.​

Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted for the following unless we have made an error

  • Customer items

  • Gift messages

  • Sale bundles (at discretion)

Damaged / Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace, refund (partial or full) or issue credit.

Missing items

If your order is lost in transit, we'll work with Royal Mail to investigate and, where appropriate, replace or refund your order.
