Returns & Refunds
We offer returns or refunds for all items unless they are listed in the 'Exceptions' section. A refund will be issued once an item is returned and received safely.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be returned in original, carefully wrapped condition.

Buyer covers return postage unless item arrives damaged.

Damaged / Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace, refund (partial or full) or issue credit.
Missing items
When an item(s) does not arrive and we can confirm its loss with our shipping service we will refund or replace the item(s). Where possible we will always replace the items.
